  • Middle School Counselor

    Cambridge Friends School is seeking a part-time (8 hours per week, 20% position) Middle School Counselor for the 2019-2020 academic year.

    The Middle School Counselor serves students and collaborates with faculty. The Middle School Counselor works collaboratively with the Middle School Head and faculty and works to ensure that the educational goals of the school are implemented for the education of the whole child focusing on the social and emotional life of Middle School students. The MS Counselor serves a key role in creating an atmosphere of emotional wellness among students. The Counselor reports directly to the Middle School Head.

  • Substitute Teachers

    The Cambridge Friends School is seeking substitute teachers for the 2017-2018 school year. Substitutes are expected to provide supervision and instruction and are responsible for the implementation of lesson plans, management of the classroom, and for ensuring student learning.

Cambridge Friends School is committed to equal pay. Therefore, all faculty are awarded a salary based on the Cambridge Friends School salary scale based on their years of experience. 

In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) must be performed on all applicants and employees. As of July 1, 2013, fingerprinting is required for all new employees.
