Ongoing Programs and Activities CFS continues to host an annual Racism Awareness Training for new faculty, staff, and trustees. Faculty gather throughout the year in study groups to focus on issues relating to race and racism and better teaching practice. There are two retreats a year for faculty and staff of color, who volunteer their time to lead race-based affinity groups. Donations continue to be accepted for the Latino/a scholarship fund named for Tina Hammock, former CFS Spanish teacher. In 2004 the position of project manager was created. The responsibilities of the project manager include coordinating faculty study group planning, racism awareness training, and publications. Additionally, the project manager is responsible for documentation of three areas: affinity group work, the antiracism curriculum, and the history of the school's antiracist work.
