Tuition Assistance Calendar

January 16, 2009 - Deadline to submit Parent's Financial Statement - CFS ID#2014:

• Complete and mail to School and Student Service for Financial Aid or
• Complete online at www.nais.org/financialaid/sss.
• Send a copy of PFS to the Tuition Assistance Committee at CFS
• DO NOT SEND tax forms to SSS.

February 6, 2009 - Deadline to COMPLETE additional information required by CFS:

• Copy of final pay stub(s) for 2008 - shows year-to-date earnings.
• Completed 2008 federal tax returns or drafts until taxes are complete.
• Attach all federal tax schedules to the copy of your tax returns.
• If you have your taxes done professionally, make your appointment now!
• Do not send state tax returns.
• Signed form 4506 (included).
• Disability documentation, if applicable.
• The Tuition Assistance Committee begins deliberations on COMPLETE applications.
• After the February 6 deadline, tuition assistance applications will be considered only if there are tuition assistance funds remaining.
